They have opened their online and brick and mortar store Boxcar Bottle Shop: selling low intervention wines and craft beers online for pick up or delivery as well as in-store purchasing. Their sister company, Subtext Coffee, is a Toronto based roaster working with growers from around the world. I love how they share the fermentation and drying process on the site and loads of information about the actual grower, the farm, and even the altitude.
