During their monthly Drag Yourself to Brunch event, you can try out a fabulous mimosa or the Caddy's Punch – made with Crown Apple, Stoli Orange, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Council Bluffs' first craft brewery, Full Fledged Brewing Company, opened in the summer of 2019. It has become a community gathering place to enjoy a pint and meet up with friends. It's conveniently located in the Mid-America Center Entertainment District, making it the perfect place to stop by after an event, conference, or tournament. They brew all their beer on-site and have up to 18 craft beers on tap.
