Winter Kayaking on Flathead Lake
While playing on open water isn't the first thing that comes to mind in winter, paddling a kayak on Flathead Lake with Sea Me Paddle is a must-do activity. In winter, the lake's water level drops about nine feet, allowing kayakers to see the natural features of the lake bottom in and around Somers Bay as kayaks quietly cut through the lake's icy waters. Take in the view of snow capped mountain peaks and keep your eyes open for bald eagles and other treasures.
