The flagship Dior store offers women's apparel and accessories and is the second Dior store in the District, the first being a Dior Homme boutique that opened in 2012. The façade, designed by Barbarito Bancel Architectes, was inspired by the House’s spring/summer 2007 couture collection. The building is topped with a Dior star, a symbol of good luck for founder Christian Dior.

Christian Louboutin and design firm 212box have used materials "straight out of nature's library" for the luxury shoe brand's new flagship store in the Miami Design District. Featuring both men's and women's apparel, the 3,874-square-foot (360-square-metre) store is located on 40th Street and replaces Christian Louboutin's temporary home, which opened in the same spot in 2009.
