In partnership with The Crow Comedy Club, on June 15, the Santa Monica Pier Corp. and The Crow will host Fierce Fables: Drag Queen Pride for All Ages! Bring the youngest members of the family to enjoy a drag queen and king storytelling corner at The Carousel, face painting, and show stopping dance numbers by Pickle Drag Queen, Pandora Boxx and Johnny Gentleman from 10AM - 1 PM. This event is FREE and fabulous, complete with a pride parade for all to partake in!

Last June was our 1st ever Big Gay Bake Sale and it was a massive hit! With the help of local businesses such as Sweet Lady Jane, Margo’s, DK Donuts, Balloon Celebrations and more, we were able to raise over $2,000 for the Los Angeles LGBT Center – Amazing! This year we’re going bigger and better! Our goal is to raise over $5,000 to support the hard work that the Los Angeles LGBT Center is dedicated to all year long.

This is not your grandma’s BINGO! (although she is very welcome to join!). Get ready for a night of glamour, laughter, food, prizes, and charitable giving! This can’t-miss event, located on the fabulous back patio of Solidarity Restaurant, will feature the iconic Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, who will run the bingo game, and bring their signature raucous humor and joy to what will no doubt a very memorable evening of socializing and friendly competition – and all for a great cause! Ticket purchase of $20 gets you set-up for 10 games, additional cards can be purchased on site the day of the event, and Solidarity will be putting out a lovely spread of food for all to enjoy. All proceeds from the fundraiser benefit the Trans Equity Scholarship Fund.

Join us on June 22nd, for the inaugural Sounds of Santa Monica: Pride Edition, an extension of our brand-new Sounds of Santa Monica live music series. From noon – 6 p.m. families are invited to groove to the beats of live musical entertainment by LGBTQ+ performers and DJs under the Lanterns of Love in Center Plaza, an overhead colorful lantern installation. The day will also feature a Kid Zone (noon – 4:00 p.m.) with kid-friendly Pride programming with arts and crafts, creating an educational space for children to play and learn about inclusivity and acceptance. Plus enjoy entertainment, giveaways, and GoGo Squeez samplings.
