As MacQue’s BBQ was welcomed with open arms to Elk Grove, they give back to the community as much as possible. Michael Thomas, son of Mack Thomas and President & CEO of MacQue’s BBQ, proudly states, “Everything about who we are as a family started with giving back and being connected to the local community. Mack and Charlie welcomed guests to their first location in south Sacramento with ribs and mac-n-cheese. Mack says, “We started out with just a little hole in the wall on Power Inn and Elder Creek.” With a consistent flow of returning customers, Mack knew that he had something special.
