5. Explore the Chain of Lakes

The Minneapolis Chain of Lakes consist of five of the largest lakes in the city and once the ice has thawed and spring has sprung they are crawling with locals. The activities near or on the lakes at this point in the season are endless. Rent a canoe or kayak. Stroll or bike along roughly 15 miles of paved shoreline paths. Enjoy live music and concerts.
