City Lights Night Paddle in Oregon City is a seasonal tour offered by eNRG Kayaking. Tours are for ages 5+ and must be at least 50 lbs.

There was minimal lighting near the falls but you could hear it roaring
West Linn, OR
You will paddle near the hydro electric plant that powers the Willamette Falls. On this night tour you will not paddle too closely to the falls to avoid paddling against the stronger current.
