Kansha Creamery, named for the Japanese word for gratitude, makes their treats with ingredients from local, organic farmers when possible, and a percentage of each sale goes to various charities. Although they only carry about five flavors a day, the list of delicious flavors is lengthy, meaning a return trip is necessary to try something new.
