Hodo Kwaja was the first and successful walnut cake bakery in Canada with the help of Mr. Lee’s idea of an open concept, by placing the machine in the front of the store instead of the back like previous similar businesses have tried. It is SO fun to see them being made (think tiny tom doughnuts). They have red bean in them OR you can try the Korean pancakes which are my favourite and have a gooey and warm centre. Great for a quick snack or dessert after a date
