One of my favorite dishes the Filete de Chillo (Red Snapper) it comes with your choice of rice but I definitely recommend Arroz con Gandules (yellow rice with pigeon peas) Choose the sweet plantains as your garnish. To drink Kola Champagne is my favorite soda from the island Or if you want to try something different order a Malta it’s an acquired taste to some but oh so refreshing to many. It’s a non-alcoholic, delicious malt beverage.
