I wanted to include one here for the herbivores. You will never see me order a sandwich that doesn’t include meat, however, this sandwich is the exception. The grill bread made from the spent grain at the brewery is the perfect vessel for all the crunchy veggies. Thankful for the pickled beets. Sidenote: Pairs well with all the NB beers!
