At least 70% of all of our grain for brewing is from Farm Power Malt, a Montana grower in Power, Montana where the grain is grown and malted. Herbs used in our beers come from Spirit Works Farm or Wicked Good Produce. We source some of our hops from Big Sky Hop Ranch. During the growing season we source our produce, specifically lettuce mix, carrots, cabbage, and herbs from Wicked Good Produce. When we use mushrooms we source those from Wicked Good Farms. We serve Kombucha from Dark Side Fermenters, located 5 miles away from our location. Our house balsamic dressing uses Safflower oil from The Oil Barn, which is made in Montana.

We use only the finest traditional two-row malts, hops and yeasts, which are individually selected to produce each particular style of beer. This means that we sacrifice costs and efficiency to give you the quality of beer that you deserve. Most importantly, at our brewery the brewing of beer is much more important than the selling of beer. Each of our specialty beers are carefully handcrafted 15 barrels at a time. Blackfoot River's beers are never pasteurized, normally unfiltered and are available exclusively on draught. That's why when we make a beer - it is always made true to style.
