Calwise Spirits is an innovative microdistillery that has built its success upon its “Liquid California” mantra. Their distillpub opened in early June 2018, near Paso Robles’ Tin City neighborhood, and features a craft cocktail program, tasting bar, and artisan flatbread pizzas. Founded in 2016 by Aaron Bergh, who at age 26 is one of the youngest master distillers in the world, Calwise Spirits specializes in spirits that are infused with native California ingredients. Their flagship spirit is their Big Sur Gin which was inspired by Aaron's hikes in the Big Sur region; the gin is distilled from premium wine grapes along with a variety of native botanicals including sage, yerba santa, and elderberry. Calwise is also known for their Blonde Rum, made from raw sugar cane and aged in chardonnay barrels, and their Spiced Rum, which highlights California's orange groves. Their latest addition is their whiskey barrel aged Big Sur Gin that you will have to go in and try for yourself.

Nestled in the west side of Paso Robles, this artisan distillery creates small lots of hand crafted spirits & liqueurs, all from their estate. Formerly "The Distillery at Opolo", Willow Creek was founded in 2013 with the intent to produce top quality brandies to accompany their wines. Fast-forward to 2017 and Willow Creek boasts aromatic fruit brandies as well as premium liqueurs. Using both fresh, locally sourced fruit as well as saignee from the production of Opolo's award winning wines, Willow Creek creates a variety of hand crafted libations for your sipping pleasure.

The newest addition to the PasoPort family of brands is Pendray’s Distillery. Named after Lola’s maiden name and originating from Cornwall England, ‘Pendray’ which is Cornish, is a race of people with a rich Celtic heritage and an indomitable fighting spirit who inhabited the Southwest of England. They are in full production of spirits for sipping, mixing and fortifying our port wines. In February 2015, they bottled their first distilled product, a Viognier Brandy aged in white port barrels.
